I hereby agree:

To waive any claim that I have against I Can Ball Training, James Clark & its agents.

To release I Can Ball Training, James Clark and its agents from any liability for loss, damage, injury or expense that I, or my child may suffer as a result from participating in the clinic.

I acknowledge that photos or video taken during the clinic will remain the sole property of I Can Ball Training & James Clark and may be used for web or print marketing material.

No refunds will be given for clinic registration (Exceptions will be made if we have to cancel due to COVID-19 or lockdown restrictions).

Clients that fail to show up to the clinic will lose the scheduled session and will not be given a full or partial refund.

Injuries must be reported to staff immediately.
